These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – Terms) define the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Buyer and the online store www.sohs.lt, operated by SO Healthy Skin, MB (hereinafter – Seller), when purchasing goods in the online store.
1. General Provisions
By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms, understand them and agree to comply with them.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement
The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having created a shopping cart, provided the delivery address, selected a payment method and reviewed these Terms, clicks the button “Confirm order and proceed to payment”.
The agreement remains valid until all obligations under these Terms are fully fulfilled. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store www.sohs.lt.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. According to these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Buyers of the online store may be:
- 3.1.1. Legally capable natural persons, i.e., persons of legal age whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order.
- 3.1.2. Minors aged fourteen to eighteen, only with the consent of parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their own income.
- 3.1.3. Legal entities.
- 3.1.4. Authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
3.2. If the Buyer’s registration data changes, the Buyer must update it without delay.
3.3. The Buyer must comply with all requirements set out in these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.4. If the Buyer decides to terminate the agreement and informs the Seller, the Buyer loses the right to use the product from the date the notice is sent.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Buyer’s selected goods are reserved and the Seller begins fulfilling the purchase–sale agreement only after receiving confirmation from the Buyer’s bank regarding payment.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt or harm the operation of the online store, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store.
4.3. If the Seller notices fraudulent actions by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order and inform the Buyer. If the Buyer has made an advance payment, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 7 business days.
4.4. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice.
4.5. The Seller has other rights provided in these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.6. The Seller undertakes to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the online store.
5. Liability
5.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
5.2. For violations of the purchase–sale agreement concluded through the online store, the parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for information provided on third‑party websites, even if the Buyer accesses them through links in the Seller’s online store.
5.4. If damage occurs, the responsible party compensates the other party for the incurred losses.
6. Communication
6.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the email address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
6.2. The Buyer sends all notifications and inquiries to the contact details provided in the “Contact” section of the online store or to the email address listed on www.sohs.lt.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Upon termination of the agreement, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid for the returned item within 7 business days.
7.2. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
