1. Delivery
1.1. Within Lithuania, orders are delivered within 2–4 business days. During holidays or periods of increased workload, delivery may take 2–7 business days from the moment the payment is received.
1.2. International delivery times vary from 5 to 30 business days depending on the destination country and the selected delivery method.
1.3. The Seller arranges delivery to the address or parcel terminal specified by the Customer.
1.4. The Customer must accept the ordered goods and pay for the goods and delivery costs.
1.5. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the ordered item, an equivalent product will be offered. If the Customer refuses the alternative, the paid amount will be refunded within 7 business days. For card payments, refunds are issued only to the same card used for the purchase.
1.6. Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer must check the condition of the parcel together with the courier. If any damage is noticed, it must be recorded in the delivery document. Signing the document without comments confirms that the shipment was received in good condition.
1.7. Delivery prices
1.7.1. Lithuania
Delivery price – 3.50 EUR (incl. VAT).
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Curonian Spit.
Free delivery for orders of 79 EUR or more.
1.7.2. Latvia and Estonia
Omniva parcel terminal – 10 EUR (incl. VAT)
DPD parcel terminal – 18 EUR (incl. VAT)
DPD courier – 18 EUR (incl. VAT)
1.7.3. Other EU countries
Shipments up to 2 kg – 22 EUR (incl. VAT).
Free delivery for orders of 300 EUR or more.
1.7.4. United Kingdom, Iceland, Switzerland
Shipments up to 2 kg – 22 EUR (incl. VAT).
Free delivery for orders of 200 EUR or more.
1.7.5. Non‑EU countries
We do not ship to non‑EU countries by default. For special requests, please contact us at sohealthyskin@gmail.com.
1.7.6. Local pickup
Free pickup is available at our designated location in Vilnius.
1.7.7. Pickup storage period
Orders are stored for 7 calendar days. After this period, the order is cancelled.
2. Returns
2.1. The Customer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without providing a reason.
2.2. Goods with undamaged packaging and a valid proof of purchase may be returned within 14 days:
- by bringing them to our pickup location in Vilnius;
- via Omniva or DPD parcel terminals/couriers;
- the Customer covers the return shipping costs;
- delivery fees are non‑refundable.
2.3. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, undamaged, and in resellable condition. Goods must be fully assembled. The Seller may refuse to accept goods that do not meet these requirements.
2.4. If the product is defective or does not meet quality requirements, the Seller will replace it with a suitable item, reduce the price, or refund the paid amount within 7 business days from the return date. Goods must be returned in their original product and shipping packaging.
2.5. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact the Seller by email: sohealthyskin@gmail.com
2.6. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
2.7. Upon cancellation of the purchase, the Seller refunds the amount paid for the returned item within 7 business days. For card payments, refunds are issued only to the same card used for the purchase.
