Active Ingredients

Glycolic Acid – An alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) with the smallest molecular size, allowing it to penetrate the upper layers of the epidermis effectively. It helps remove dead skin cells, promotes skin regeneration, supports moisture balance, and improves skin elasticity, radiance, and firmness. It also enhances the penetration of other active ingredients in the cleanser.

Gluconolactone – A polyhydroxy acid (PHA) that gently exfoliates while helping to strengthen the skin barrier, maintain moisture levels, and support collagen and elastin synthesis. This contributes to firmer, smoother, and more resilient skin.

Salicylic Acid – A beta hydroxy acid (BHA) known for its keratolytic properties. It helps remove dead skin cells and support the skin's natural renewal process. Particularly beneficial for blemish-prone skin.

Sodium Cocoamphoacetate – A mild amphoteric surfactant that gently removes impurities and excess oil without irritating the skin.

Cucumber Fruit Extract (Cucumis Sativus Fruit Extract) – Derived from cucumber fruit and traditionally used in cosmetic formulations for its soothing, softening, and brightening properties.

Directions for Use

Use twice daily, morning and evening. Apply to dry skin and gently massage in circular motions for 1–2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Twice a week, the cleanser may also be used as a mask. Cleanse the face thoroughly with the product and gently pat the skin dry. Then apply another layer of the cleanser and leave on for 7–10 minutes before rinsing.

The acid complex contained in the cleanser may cause a mild tingling sensation, which is a normal response. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth area. Keep out of reach of children.

The Active Cleanser is recommended as a complementary treatment starting 3–4 days after a chemical peel procedure.
